Ms. Rezina Gaus, Vice Chairman of ASSURANCEMONI Group, completed her Graduation in Economics from Dhaka University. Gaus U Khan married her in 1983. Starting from the first business visit in England for buying “Linotype” Photocompose machine in 1987, she has accompanied Mr. Khan in many of his major business visits both at home & abroad. After establishing Moni Sweater in 1993, Mr. Khan received all-out cooperation from Mrs. Gaus who, by virtue of her sincere effort & talent, ensured successful participation and exhibition of garment products not only in largest local RMG Fair “BATEXPO” but also in many international fairs in Europe, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland & France. The events provided an opportunity to interact and share views with a number of buyers & suppliers of the Garments Industry which significantly contributed to the flourishing of Group’s business.

As Vice Chairman, Ms. Gaus is looking after financial affairs of the Group, involved in Policy formulation & implementation and monitoring the work of Interior Design Department of ASSURANCE Developments Ltd. She regularly visits the construction sites & ensures completion of work as per clients’ requirement. She is also actively involved with the social and cultural events of the Group.

Mr. Akram is the younger brother of Mr. Gaus U Khan. He started his career as a Processor Control Manager in Eastern Commercial Ltd. from 1986 and served there for 3 (Three) years. After then he hoined "Inqilab Group" in process division and work upto 1991. On 1992 he joined Moni Group as an Excecutive Director and he has been serving there till to date. He is also the Executive Director of Assurance Developments Ltd.

An MSc. (Statistics) from Dhaka University in the year of 1989. He started his career as a Senior Officer in Grameen Bank in the same year and served for 12 (Twelve) years. Lastly he was promoted as Principal Officer. Being thirsty for challenging career, he joined ?Moni Group? on May 2001 as an Executive Director. On July 2003, after formation of ASSURANCE Developments Ltd. he has been assigned as an Executive Director of the Company. At present, he is the head of Accounts & Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Administration, Inventory Control & Quality Control Departments

Engr. Md. Arifur Rahman, CEO of ASSURANCE Developments Ltd. completed B. Sc in Civil Engineering from BIT Khulna (now KUET) securing 1st Class 3rd position. He is also a “Life Fellow” of Institution of Engineers Bangladesh”. Mr. Rahman joined ASSURANCE Developments Ltd. since its inception in 2003 as Director and has been discharging his responsibilities as CEO from March 2010 Before joining ASSURANCE Developments Ltd., Mr. Rahman served at several reputed Real Estate Companies in the capacity of different Senior Positions. He is one of the well-known professionals in Real Estate Sector in Bangladesh who bags a vast experience of 22 years. Since he joined the Assurance Family, Mr. Rahman has been successfully expediting and streamlining the activities of all the Departments of the Company and has made remarkable contribution in promoting the business and exploring new ventures.
